Site Analysis
The site is located on 230 North 21st St. Philadelphia housed in the former BOE building of Philly. Located in west Center City, with great public transportation access and green spaces. The project utilizes the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th floors

Concept Statement: Through research on Environmental Psychology, this boutique hotel embodies a sense of well-being throughout the design, while paving a wayfinding journey inside and out, creating a connection to nature and ease of navigation

Create different areas of social gathering that gives the guests options for larger group gatherings and smaller/individual areas of relaxation
Think green and sustainable every step of the project to create a healthier and long-lasting environment for the guests
Give the guests options throughout the hotel for personal comfort in areas of thermal comfort, lighting and flexible furniture options
